Three entries I made for the last release would not compact properly, causing an error that didn't list MPT as an ESL file. This was fixed. I forgot to include the SWF file used to display the book for Reading Comprehension, and from now on this will be included with MPT. Added the ActorValues and Globals that were needed to represent the patch for Backpacks of the Commonwealth and Mutant Menagerie.

Removed all "Picket Fences" magazine references, which were harmless, but were not being used by MPT as they had no Perks attached to them. Made all of the descriptions a bit easier to read. I originally didn't want to change the vanilla descriptions, but they were far too short. Fixed an issue where newly found magazines that had multiple Ranks for a single Perk were not being properly recognized in the Magazines Tab.
Added references to main archive for the mod "Reading Comprehension", along with the patch to activate them via the Optional Files downloads. Any further patches like this will require me to update the main archive as well, since it passively stores the data for these potential patches.

Right after release, I noticed some minor vanilla glitches that needed fixing on 3 of the magazine Perks, so I've made those changes.
