     Sorry I do not speak French but your image made me chuckle as it reminded me very much of a West Lancashire landmark familiar to anyone near to the town of Ormskirk just outside of Liverpool in the northern English county of Lancashire - we always called it the UFO back when I was a kid, it's actually a water tower.
