      Sorry, no. Besides, I don't think Transfer Settlements works on XBox.

    Sole Survivor now has a TV.
    I can now RP having having oneof hotline video screens where people need talk something right away

    How should i get this blueprint? (This is the first time that i use this particular mod)

      Like you'd get any other blueprint; build the Transfer Settlements terminal inside the Enclave quarters and import it.

      You install Transfer Settlements and then drop the blueprint into any available slot in the mod directory's blueprints folder.
