Doesn't seem to make any difference for me, perhaps as I'm using Stronger Turrets and MOAR Turrets, still having this mod late in the load-order seems to still yield like 10 ammo, or do I need to wait some time for the turrets to "update"?
A good indicator to if this mod is working is if the ammo count is exact multiples of 5. A few issues that you may run into. Turrets that have already been loaded (you arrive in an area, skip the turrets, head to a settlement and then back again) will already have their loot decided as the loot table is created when the npc (or in this case turret) is created and not on its death, so these turrets may have the old amount of ammo.
Also with the way FO4Edit works and what it allows us to do, we can only really overwrite existing files/attributes, and the game will only accept the last overwrite. So it is quite possible that Stronger Turrets (judging by its name alone) overwrites the same forms as ETA and if it is loaded after ETA then this mod may not work.
Honestly I cannot wait until the CK arrives and I can make these mods proper add-ons and not simple overwrites.
Thanks for your reply! I suspect it was me hoping for an instant change the moment I took out a (stronger) turret, to get some more ammo-loot, but as you conclude it seems likely that I should keep this activated and not really see any changes untill after some time... I installed those 2, and then a few more extra new turrets for settlements and took great care in judging the load-order, so this mod went last. I'm sorry for your, and the community's in large, frustration over lacking a proper GECK/CK. But wow, still, such marvels that has been created so far, and sometimes even the smallest and "simplest" mod makes the largest solitary impact.
Ah good, I was looking for something like this. Tired of using 15 rounds to kill them and then I get like 4 or 5 rounds from them. They're auto-turrets, they should have a ton of rounds on them because they obviously are being belt fed or have a ton of ammo stored in them. A nice quality of life mod. Good stuff.
A magazine it´s a case that holds the bullets with a spring mechanism, as a clip is a strip or circle made of metal or plastic that holds the bullets together to be inserted into the weapon that holds the bullets mostly used on old rifles and revolvers.
You could at least teach people the difference instead of just saying its wrong, so in the future they don´t do the same!
Fixed, I blame the fact my country hasn't had a mass shooting in about 2 decades. But seriously, most of my weapon knowledge is based on movies and videos games, and most of the time the guys yells for an extra clip.

I cannot say how frustrated I was when you get sieved by a turret and then you get...wait for it... 8 rounds!
This is now permanently on my must load short list.
What a mod should be: (-the 3 S - short, simple and satisfying!)
Endorsed!
