About this mod
Solar Panels by 0AndyVan0 is an excellent mod. However, several users have requested a version where the equipment doesn't radiate power. This mod answers that need.
This also provides an equivalent patch for Solar Power Extended by Qwinntex

Description
0AndyVan0's Solar Panels provides, as you might have guessed, solar panels for those users preferring a power solution that is small, silent, green and scalable. However, the author chose to make all components radiate power. The author provides good reasons for that choice, but some users have requested versions without radiant power. In response to user requests, the author has, several times, posted instructions on how to remove radiant power. However, the requests kept coming, and so I decided to create Solar Panels - No Radiant Power for future use. Qwinntex's Solar Power Extended adds some depth to Solar Panels, tweaking recipes, and providing higher-tier options. However, these also have radiant power. In response, Solar Power Extended - No Radiated Power removes the radiant power from the items added by this mod.
Installation
As always, make a manual save before quitting the game to enable these patches.
Your load order should look like this:
SolarPower.esp
Solar Panels - No Radiant Power.esp
followed by, if running Solar Power Extended:
SolarPowerExtended.esp
Solar Power Extended - No Radiant Power.esp
Un-installation
All my patches do is change the PowerRadiation value from 500 to 0. Removing my patches should simply make these revert to the original values. However ... the safer option is, always, to revert to a previous save. You did make one of those, didn't you?
