   I still haven't figured out how to install it, I downloaded nothing in the inventory in the msm the usual settings from the original so what should I do?

      Are you saying you dont have the item in your inventory or something else?

      oh sorry, im download but in my inventory nothing has been added, and on mcm standart iptions from bullet time like '-7 very slow' etc

      Ohhh ok, this is a  bug from the original bullet time mod and you need to manually put it in your inventory through commands
