I could be wrong as it's been awhile but I think that would cause a lot of compatibility issues. I think I'd need to delete the attachment slot from each weapon and armour entry. That would overwrite or be overwritten by any other mods that affect these entries.
Possibly that could be solved by relying on something like the RobCo patcher but I don't have any experience with using that. So for now, doing that is beyond the scope of this mod.
Honestly that's how I learnt to mod (and probably a hell of a lot of other users). The CK is thankfully fairly easy to reverse engineer for simpler stuff like item editing.

Only a "No material"in paint option make paint option looks annoying.
