Recommended versions of the mod, in which the guard posts have 2 units of defense file "SettlementDefenceSystem 2 units" Turrets have 250 defense units, spotlight - 25 defense units, guard posts - 2 defense units as in the vanilla game. Then one NPS will be assigned to three guard posts at once and move between them.
That's just my opinion of course.

Is there a version that doesn’t change the bases of the vanilla turrets? I played direct from Oynlen’s discord and loved everything but how the vanilla turrets were changed.
Can this mod affect on turrets that placed via importing settlement blueprints (Transfer Settlements) and layouts (Workshop Framework)? Conflicts possible?
hmm, the barrel should drop when destroyed, they should not be invincible but idk if any edit have been made to this version. I't been a long time since I made and tested this, like you are correct that there will be no explosion, but they should be not immortal.

@JonnyGunn Did you edit Static Attenuation in Sound Descriptor records? Higher value = less volume. If it's applied by threshold, it will be the record linked to the S.A (the one that governs the loop etc)
Turrets of this mod do not require power supply at all. Turrets with wireless power supply can be powered by wireless generators of the mod "Wireless Super Generators" .

Indestructible turrets 250 units, guard posts -2 units as in vanilla game.
I used to use invulnerable turrets but that mod broke and is no longer working.
I tried MW turrets but they were way too noisy!
