    Recommended versions of the mod, in which the guard posts have 2 units of defense file "SettlementDefenceSystem 2 units"
    Turrets have 250 defense units, spotlight - 25 defense units, guard posts - 2 defense units as in the vanilla game.
    Then one NPS will be assigned to three guard posts at once and move between them.

    That's just my opinion of course.

    the turrets are not showing under the turret tab at all. any possible solutions?

      Try reinstalling the mod. Do you have "Vortex"?

    Is there a version that doesn’t change the bases of the vanilla turrets? I played direct from Oynlen’s discord and loved everything but how the vanilla turrets were changed.

    Can this mod affect on turrets that placed via importing settlement blueprints (Transfer Settlements) and layouts (Workshop Framework)? Conflicts possible?

    If they get destroyed, do the turrets go sky high

      turrets are invincible. they don't "blow up."

      hmm, the barrel should drop when destroyed, they should not be invincible but idk if any edit have been made to this version. I't been a long time since I made and tested this, like you are correct that there will be no explosion, but they should be not immortal.

      There are 2 versions of the mod:

      - The original (author's) version has low (vanilla) defense stats. Turrets are marked as "important" or "protected" - they can only be destroyed by the player or a nuclear explosion.

      - Invulnerable version - all turrets add 250 to defense (spotlight 25), and are marked as "invulnerable".

      they were immortal when this first came out. Any chance of making an immortal version for us who like to build settlements?

    This mod needs more attention. It is by far the best defense system mod available.

    I used to use invulnerable turrets but that mod broke and is no longer working.

    I tried MW turrets but they were way too noisy!

    Thanks again for your hard work and awesome mod! :)

      MW turrets by icestormNG is very good work if you know how complex it was to make. You could edit the esp sound record to reduce the volume.

      me and a few mod authors like GreekRage tried to lower the volume but had no luck.

      Here the author reduced the sound of working turrets: mod "Snap'n Build - Capital repairs of the real estate add-on", file "PAN Silent Turrets"

      @JonnyGunn Did you edit Static Attenuation in Sound Descriptor records? Higher value = less volume. If it's applied by threshold, it will be the record linked to the S.A (the one that governs the loop etc)

    So when I first downloaded this mod, the turrets were invincible and each turret gave 250 defense.

    Any possible way to make a "cheat" version like the original release?

    The turret in the 7th picture I cannot find anywhere.. i see every other turret but not that one... is there something im missing from this mod?

      This is a missile turret.Should be in the workshop menu where all the turrets are.

      Turrets of this mod do not require power supply at all.
      Turrets with wireless power supply can be powered by wireless generators of the mod "Wireless Super Generators" .
