Maybe not even possible. Could you eventually create a mod where it's possible to loot all kinds of (now unlootable) barrels, crates, desks, barrels, cupboards etc etc in the game. Its the same engine like in Skyrim. Someone created a mod there who made this possible.
i hve come across an issue. took like 3 hours to sift through all my mods, but i found that this mod seems to stop my ability to sprint or activate some feartures (like 3rd /first person change) when im near an oven. no idea why that might be the case. thought you might like to know. i suspect this was also the casue of my power armor randomly changing pieces to there defalt ones when i found the armor.
This mod replaces a very large number of references in the world. Placing it last in your load order is probably best for avoiding potential issues. Beyond that advice, and since I don't know your load order, I can't suggest very much else.
This mod causes the "Cell reset" bug and it basically ruined a number of my saves. I have had to revert back to a save without this mod in order to get back a lot of loot that was in vanilla chests. It also reverted my Power Armor back to default, removing all my paint and what not.
It also added random items into some player made chests (weird bug I know).
It also caused a number of trees to return to my settlement of which I had cut down, and now a lot of trees are actually going through my settlement.
This is not the only problem it caused...
I initially found "a bug" when I could no longer sprint when coming into any settlement via fast travel. I instantly knew that this was due to the "Cell reset" bug that commonly happens with mods that edit cells, such as "scrap" mods. So I had to disable every mod I installed since my power armor was reverted to default, and I eventually found that this mod was the suspect. So I came here to the comments and found this post by aryan826 that confirmed my suspicions.
I tried to load this mod first, last and anywhere in between, it is not the load order that is to blame. It is basically the fact that this mod alters as stated above by the author "a large number of references in the world".
This is quite sad for me because I am always careful to not load mods that cause this bug and I only thought this mod edited textures, meshes and animations etc. I have other mods that edit animations, and they did not cause a bug - so I assumed that this was the case here but I was wrong. I am not unhappy with the mod author as you probably did not mean for this to occur, but the truth of the matter is that it does and it will ruin basically everyone's saves if they use your mod. Once I uninstalled your mod, I finally could sprint again and my power armor no longer reverted to default when I made changes. Unfortunately, it could not bring back the items lost or the changes I had originally made to my power armor. I guess I could continue the save and cut my losses, but I shall go back probably 15 hours of game play to when this mod was not loaded, to avoid any possibly future issues it may have left in the save.
To the mod author, I suggest putting this comment on sticky or place a warning on your page that your mod causes the "cell reset" bug. I would also try to see if there is a way for your mod to not cause the bug if possible.
I do not mean to be rude in my comment if it seemed that way, but I had to be blunt and honest about my experience before many others suffer the same fate with their saved games.
Yeh I have seen that mod, but I just prefer to stay away from this bug altogether.
I am really disappointed with Bethesda because every single release of their games have some sort of bug like this. Oblivion and Morrowind had archive invalidation, Skyrim had performance issues, shadow striping and papyrus log problems.
Now Fallout 4 has this awful cell reset bug that hopefully won't be an issue when the GECK comes out. I thought these issues were caused by the Fallout 4 snip or FO4edit programs, but some say it's an issue with the engine.
It is just frustrating that Bethesda know there is a huge modding community with the game and they could have made an effort to have the GECK released at the same time as the game. I for one am not fully aware of the reasons behind it, and I can see why Bethesda has tried to stop people from modding.
I am sure in time, as with all their releases things will eventually come good.
Are you planning on expanding on this at all? like maybe Vault-Tec crates, barrels or other statics that look when they should be able to hold items? I was a bit bit disappointed when you start off in a vault full of static crates...

Loot lists for stove containers are a work in progress, given the sheer number of stoves in the world.
Feedback is welcome if you think you're finding too many things, or weird things inside of stoves. Things that don't belong. Disturbing things.
I like this file, Endorsed.
