Makes all Synth Gen 1 and 2 Body Parts 90% Damage resistant
(Explosions still do alot of damage in my testing and are recommended)

imporant: dont use it if you want to fight the institute at the end ... its gonna be a mess!
this mod was made to work wih the fantastic terminator synth skins and more aggressive voices ... its not intended for your first playthrough or
even as a story component for fallout 4

it only bugged me that the terminators were this "weak" without the mod so i made it for my own enjoyment at first
