Notes: - Some changes of Fixer are incooperated, most of them belong to the Cell Header and most mods will override it, the important changes belong to the North Markers which hardly any mod will touch and thus the essential parts of the mod should work without any conflict out of the box - USS Constitution is split and should point toward North depending on where the ship is, ground or skyscraper - The Institute North Marker for all the attached cells was found by using The Institute Tunnel as a reference since it perfectly directs to The Concourse
