good idea, but is it possible to give them some damage resist as well, i mean in real life they kind of make people maybe not damage resist but don't feel as much pain, we know when a drunk driver gets in a crash they tend to not break any bones, so maybe they could have a sort of resist limb damage kind of deal to them as well.
maybe a little bit of.
damage resist.
resist limb damage.
rad resistance.
maybe not quite as much as long lasting as other chems, but i wonder if they could have a sort of effect depending on how drunk you are or how many you take in a single moment, and wonder if you could add-in some kind of blackout mechanic, so if you were about to die but you drank one too many, you black out and instead of dying from that final blow, you wake up somewhere else dizzy as hell with some loss of health maybe you are limping a little but if you pop another drink it will slowly heal your limb damage.
just coming up with ideas, you don't need to do them, just thought these could do more than this.
oh i guess i never knew this, i always thought the alcohol had no benefit other than to get an addiction, even when i view it in my inventory it doesn't really explain what it does, so i always just avoided them.

i even found the vanilla perk equally as useless.
