Title: Energy Shield
Description: Adds energy shields to be purchased from Arturo Rodriguez in Diamond City, and Proctor Teagan on the Prydwen.
Future Plans:
Currently the shields only add an armor rating of 30.
Once the 'Shield Framework' mod on the Nexus has been updated for next-gen then I will add dynamic shielding function to the shields so they will physically block enemy projectiles from the facing direction.
