Hi. There is no conflict. Both of these mods just use the same cubemap (for metal parts), so the cubemap from one mod overwrites the cubemap from the other mod. Since it is the same file (cubemap), this is absolutely normal and is not a conflict at all. P. S. The load order doesn't matter.
I made the 'assumption' that this was a retexture of vanilla. That is not the case—no issue—beautiful work.
I have an interesting issue...
I've been using S'more Workshop Stuff (Bethesda) for the several different doghouses in their mod, but after installing your vanilla retexture, it seems to have overwritten the doghouses that were in that mod.
There is no issues here. There is nothing odd about my mod.
...but after installing your vanilla retexture,
That's the only problem.
Your problem is that you consider my mod a "vanilla retexture", and this is a grave mistake. My mod is not a vanilla retexture. I have never made vanilla retextures before and do not plan to make them in the future. All my mods are my new 3D models (new meshes) that I made myself. Accordingly, my mods are absolutely incompatible with any other mods that change/edit the same mesh.
it seems to have overwritten the doghouses that were in that mod.
Load order?
Of course, my mod will overwrite other mods that edit the Doghouse, because my mod is NOT a retexture for vanilla, but a completely new mesh (3D model). Yes, the load order is very important. My mod must have the highest priority and win all conflicts for this to work. If you use mod S'more Workshop Stuff (or any other mod that change/edit the same mesh) and give it a higher priority than my mod, then my mod will not work.
UPD My mod is absolutely incompatible with S'more Workshop Stuff, so you will have to choose which of these two mods you want to use
I made the 'assumption' that your mod was a retexture. My bad on that. I guess my thought was, S'more has several dog houses in his mod, and if this was a new house, it should not "replace" any of those, or the vanilla model - but, again, I do not have the advanced knowledge of how FO4 handles all of this stuff.
Your work is far superior, no question!
However, the variety of houses, sadly, wins over every doghouse in the settlement looking the same.
Amazing work! Thanks for taking the time to do it, it is beautiful.
I only make replacers for vanilla meshes. I do not make mods for mods by other authors. In the original vanilla Bethesda assets, there is only one variant of the dog house (the same one I replaced with my new model) that is the same for the entire game. Always and everywhere. For this reason, there can be no variety in my mod, just like in the vanilla game. In order to make "variety", I have to create several dog house models (and textures for them), and integrate them into the game using Base Object Swapper.
Anyway, thanks for the feedback. I appreciate it.
EDITED:
S'more has several dog houses in his mod, and if this was a new house, it should not "replace" any of those, or the vanilla model
First, S'more does not have several dog houses. S'more does not even have one dog house. S'more only has a few different texture color variations for the standart Bethesda vanilla dog house, and uses the vanilla 3D model. This is exactly what you were thinking about when you called my mod a "vanilla retexture". Second, my mod, on the contrary, was created to replace the vanilla model (NOT vanilla textures) with my new 3D model. That is, my mod completely replaces the vanilla mesh (3D model) for which S'more textures were created. That's why you only see my model in S'more if you install my mod.
Hi, hope you are well. I really love all the ways you improve the look of Fallout 4. If you have a moment, could you let me know if it would be safe to merge your mods into one (as they are only meshes, textures, and cubemaps?). This would be solely for my personal use, and I want to leave them as loose files so that they over-write my other texture upgrades (like Luxor's 2K pack). Thank you for all you do... Dogmeat would be very proud of their new home.
Hi. Thank you for your kind words and for liking my work.
...let me know if it would be safe to merge your mods into one...
Yes, of course it is absolutely safe. Many of my friends (and myself 😁), subscribers and users have done it for themselves.

You can simply copy the contents of all my mods that you like into one folder, name it whatever you like (for example "Halffaces AiO") and it will work. Click "Confirm" every time it asks for permission to overwrite, or click "Yes for all" once. Only my cubemaps will be overwritten when I use the same cubemap in different mods. So overwriting is absolutely safe and does not affect anything. Enjoy! 🙃
hi i love this mod and would like to use it in my city plans for sim settlements 2. i'm asking for your permission the use this in city plans that i might upload to nexus.
thank you for this great mod and thank you for taking the time to consider my request Pink
Hello. I am very glad that you liked my work. I really appreciate it. However, I have to deny your request. I forbid using any of my assets in other people's standalone mods (that do not require my original mod as a prerequisite). I give permission only under one mandatory condition: my original mod must be a prerequisite for someone else's mod to work (for example, you can use my meshes, but users must download my original mod to get textures). Only under such conditions can I give permission. If you want to use all my assets autonomously (my original mod is not needed), then I strictly forbid it.
Works & looks perfect, thank you!! The vanilla dog house is sinfully ugly. This actually looks like it's made of wood instead of cardboard, and is appropriately weathered. Kudos & thanks for sharing!!
There are no conflicts between my mods. None of my mods conflict with any of my other mods. When you opened the "Comments" tab, the answer to your question was right before your eyes. In the most recent (before yours) comment. However, you were too lazy to read the answer to your question. Please, look down and read the answer.
Thanks a lot 😊 I'm self-taught. I never attended classes, I never had any teachers. When I decided to learn 3D modeling, I started looking for tutorials on the Internet and watching video tutorials on YouTube. I also studied many Blender functions on my own, through experiments. Today I am still a complete newbie in this area, and I study every day when I have free time.
