This is the third in the Rebuilt series. A trademark of my Rebuilt houses is that I put all the doors on the outside and set them to open with a house key. This one will be an exception to that. The NPC's did not handle a door being added to the house. They would go to the doorway and stop even when it was open so I elected to leave it alone rather than introduce an issue. The roof on this one was a nightmare to get right. I wonder why Bethesda thinks no roofs would survive the future? Anyhow enjoy the mod and let me know what you think.
If you like it endorse it. have a look on the description page for a link to the other "Rebuilt" Settlement houses. It appears as if Spectacle Island may be next.
It turns out that SateliteWorldMap.esp that comes with Satellite maps breaks several things not just my mods. So for now until he addresses it *(I am going to PM him) don't use the esp just the textures. What the esp does is change the World cell borders which moves X 0 and Y 0, since Bethesda used the world cell for some of the stuff involving these houses *(only random it seems) this made those parts go away to somewhere. Probably hanging over the institute. Anyhow you can still use the mod because the map is SUPER cool. Its only the esp that breaks things.
### Update: XunAmarox has released a better version of Satellite World Map here
There seems to be a broken navmesh right in front of the door, I'd say like half a square into the house. Is there any way you could possibly fix that?
This is excellently done! I wasn't expecting the high-peaked roof after the pictures. It was a pleasant surprise and seamlessly worked. I love how you left everything else alone on the property. Thanks!
Great job, now as you fixed up the building you forgot about the windows - I really hate broken windows so I generally end up scrapping everything with broken windows. Surely they should be made to be repairable - come on, after 210 years did they forget how to make glass? lol - great work, I'll be keeping an eye out to see if anyone makes a "clean totally fixed" version one day, or I will continue to destroy and rebuild from scratch myself
And where are the working mines, the cargo ships, the working docks and stevedores, the factories and their employees, and glaziers and equipments for your windows? Where is the economy and investments for such businesses to operate - where is the legal infrastructure or even the roads? And even if there were, what could you possibly pay them for such niceties that would be worth it for them to transport these fragile things past all the mutants and lurks? You have nothing to offer when all your dough goes on basic food, meds, clothes and ammo. Without all that, in reality, post-apocalyptic windows (if any still existed in wasteland settlements at all) would be a lot smaller - recovered fragments stuck into crazed junk frames - like scrapyard stained glass windows. But far more likely, 99% would be replaced by shutters made of wood or again scrap, opened during the day.
I am not sure why, but since 1.8 I have been having the old house and the new one appear together, so it doesn't look clean, no idea what's causing it though, still investigating.
ITS TIME!! Ok the CK has gone into open beta so we have been busy updating all the Rebuilds to fix known issues and fully fix some issues that were incomplete. Navmesh was the biggest culprit in the series by far, but it was NOT all that we addressed. With that in mind, for this release (and most likely from now on if it's useful) I will provide a Change Log on each mods page. Check it and if you know of an issue we missed send me a PM or post it in the comments and it will get included in the next release. Please take note that the "Real" glass in the windows got pushed to the next release since I am the slowest person on the planet with NifScope and did not want to have you guys wait another month for CK fixes since some of them were so pressing.
ENJOY! Rebuilt Team
NOTE: If you are updating from a previous version you will need to rename this version to the same name as the old one in order to NOT lose your stuff in the settlement containers. Any user built containers are safe. We needed to go ahead and get the names consistent to prepare for the next versions additions.

Robert is finally back into the modding world after having had some fairly serious medical issues come up.
He is going to review all of the bug reports on the assorted Rebuilt pages, and start addressing them.
We will keep you posted!

I had to come back and download Manually, just so I could endorse. I'm using the all in one, but needed to leave a comment hear as will.
Just outstanding work and plays well with all the expansion mods.
I hope you intend to do all the house in the settlements that have destroyed house.
