really liking your enb but like some others I have a big O fat blazing sun flare in my eyes when I enter the workshop, makes it really hard to build anything! Haven't a clue what lens effect to turn down/off, BTW game won't start in windowed mode for me, what to do???
Tab in game and test it. Not solfed set it to 1 and chose the next. test it with ///**LENZFLARE**/// ///**CHAPMAN_LENS**/// ///**GODRAYS**/// ///**ANAMFLARE**///
on of that effect is your problem . i hope the will help u.
Ok. I was offline for 1 year. so I dont have supported my mod. The last version was for reshade 2.0 end enb together. no i worrking on update for the new enb and reshade . Thx
OK. There is a new reshade out since March 13. called version 2.0.1f4. DONT USE THIS VERSION!!!
Download the older one below Reshade 1.1 ( Complete name ReShade 1.1.0f1) !
I test it and it wokrs fine on my Pc.
I will make a new update but i need time for it to find the errors and bugs.
Katot0n1c post will work too.
"I renamed the file "reshade64" (from the reshade.me website, version 2.0) to "dxgi" and swapped it out with the stalker lights "dxgi" file and it fixed everything. All the effects are there and no red text. There may be some subtle differences as I'm not sure what, if anything, the mod author has adjusted with that file in the latest version. I'm assuming something, as "dxgi" is a different size in both 4.0 and 4.1 (stalker lights) as well as 1.0 and 2.0 (Reshade). "
This still works perfectly fine as of this comment, you just need to make a few tweaks. Allow me to be your guide and save you some googling and going down several pages as I went through it already.
If you're having issues with the shader presets not loading, with it telling you no presets are found in the top left when you load the game, you need to relaunch Re-Shade again, after you've installed the ENB files, the Re-shade files, and then this STALKER mod. You will also need to change the default Re-shade 'rehader-shaders' directories to where the same folders are located in your F04 directory.
If you're having issues with your character being a blur, that's a little more involved. Follow these steps to get things right.
2. Go into your Fallout 4 directory and find 'enbdepthoffieldfx' which you should have after installing the ENB files, open it with Notepad++ or a similar text editor.
3. Ctrl+F for 'const float' and change the 2 instances of fpsdistance to 0.055/0.085. It should look like so: const float fpdistance=0.055/0.085;
4. Ctrl+F for 'tempcurr=texturedepth' and change coord to 0.5.
5. Go into the Fallout 4 directory and find the ini file for enbdepthoffieldfx, change focus sensitivity to 0.50, and aperture size to 1.6.
And that's it, you should be good to go! If it still cocks up for you at this point, I can't help ya, as this worked for me.
Hey there! I appreciate you pointing us in the right direction, but I'm still having some trouble and am hoping you can help out. I'm getting both reshade and ENB running fine, but the lighting from the STALKER profile isn't appearing. Here's what I've done:
1) downloaded the latest ENB (.355) and copied-and-pasted all of the files in the "wrapper" folder to the Fallout 4 folder. 2) Downloaded and run Reshade, pointing at f4se.exe 3) downloaded Stalker lights 4.2, extracted the files to a new folder, then copied-and-pasted that folder's contents to the Fallout 4 folder, overrwriting where conflicts occurred. 4) run Reshade once again, pointing it at f4se.exe
Am I missing a step? i'm still getting the wonky original lighting. Thanks for the help.
Don't download this, it's out of date and it's a pain in the ass to setup. Just download "Shadow of the Commonwealth - A S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Inspired ENB" It's close enough and you can make your own tweaks if it isn't just right. Certainly beats the hell out of this.
First I used NMM and could not for the life of me figure out why it would not work. Uninstalled, but then reinstalled manually (like the description tells me to do..). And its perfect!
Just don't press anything before EVERYTHING is installed. Unpack all three Zip. files in the destination folder, then fire up the game. And it should work.
Thanks a bunch for making this. It was exactly what this game needed for me.
I copied the content of the folder within the zip file straight into the fallout 4 folder, as he said (I copied not the entire folder, just the content of the one you find in the zip file) but when it loads it says that he can't find the effects. Am I missing something?
In case anyone is having issues with playing third person and having a super blurry character. I had that issue, and I somewhat fixed it. None of the other fixes I read did the job, but I just went into the ENB settings in game (Shift+Enter) and changed the Dof: Sensor Size to about 10. That keeps my character in focus at a reasonable distance without just destroying the DOF in general. Haven't tested it in combat yet, but so far it's worked for me.
I also use Custom Camera and have the Left/Right offsets set to 20. I don't remember how close those are to vanilla but it looks like it'll work.
EDIT: Nevermind, that just makes things far away look blurry instead. Not a great fix.

Its the same like 4.0 and will fix the red error.

Use optional version 4.2 . This will reduce the brightnes on day.
