      Gauss rifle is the bomb. I've used it in my game since the beginning.

      If you are talking about The Last Minute then it's sold by Ronnie Shaw after completing quest Old Guns.

      i got it from ronnie after looking it up on wiki.... but his list claims it's sold by level 4 workshop merchant (smiling larry i believe)
