   i would totally download this, but workshop rearranged is a deal breaker for me, as it literally removes ALOT of my modded workshop items

      i used workshop rearranged to fix the boarder wall from the clean and flat mod,
      
      i have made a version that has no workshop rearranged, but that version will have a boarder wall on a small part of the sidewalks with some parts missing, and no support wall on the edge under it, 
      
      so if you want to fix that, you will have to look at your own mods if you have one that adds in the same kind of wall as the boarder wall used by the clean and flat settlements mods.
      
      the version without workshop rearranged is at the optional download.

      oh and its not a lot. its only this small part between those 2 pillars, there will be no walls

      If you are loosing assets, then you have not downloaded the correct patches to correct that. I had same issue initially.

   is it possible to use this without clean & flat settlements? that mod isn't compatible with my foliage mod.

      no.  that is the mod that makes the land flat and makes it bigger and adjust the build area.
      

      

      this is what clean and flat settlements does.
      
      i just have build the roads on here, for people who want an insta road layout to build at
