How to Acquire:
This weapon is meant to be a unique weapon so there will only be one in the game world. No leveled list integration.
~ You can find this Axe at the end of the Mechanist storyline. Once the Mechanist is defeated, you can progress through the room with all the typing Robo-Brains.
Passed that room, down the hall, is a small crafting area with a bunch of workbenches. The axe should be right next to the Robot workbench leaning against the computer.
