   Hi, looks great. can one craft this? If so where, its not appearing in the chemistry bench like a lot of other weapon mods.  or does one have to spawn it in via the console ?

      Install original mod , its just a mod translation.
      If installed , use this Perchik71 - In Game MOD Explorer （MCM） at Fallout 4 Nexus - 模组和社区 (nexusmods.com) , and you can have all weapons without console.
