Added Leveled Item Fixes (LIF) v2.4.4 patch for Better Explosives Redux's optional file (BER_LeveledLists.esp) which also disables the prompt for scripted leveled list injection. As LIF just updated to v3.0.0 today, a patch for that version will be in a future release. Current LIF patches say they are for v3.0.0 instead of v2.4.4. Please ignore that typo.

FOMOD: Now detects when two fundamentally incompatible mods are installed, such as Perk Up and True Perks.
Merged Basher Rank 2 and 3 Fix changes into the Perk Up CFM patch and removed the separate plugin. Instead of supporting and patching the standalone fix, the FOMOD now detects it and informs the user they can uninstall it.

Updated the Weapon Mod Fixes CFM patch to prefer WMF's edits to mod_Legendary_Weapon_TwoShot. This makes my patch functionally identical to CFM's own patch for WMF. Either can be used, but some of my other patches use mine as a master (WW-Fixes-WMF.esp). The FOMOD has been updated to detect CFM's patch and inform the user.
Updated the WMF-LEO patch to prefer the same edits to mod_Legendary_Weapon_TwoShot as CFM's own WMF patch.
FOMOD: Now detects my standalone fix for the Stained Glass Workshop Mod and informs the user they can remove it (Unicorn_Farts_And_God_Rays-Fixed.esp).
