    Hi!
This is the second in my "Rebuilt" series. look on the description page for a links to my other ones.

I could not understand why Bethesda didn't give us at least one Player Home or settlement that was weather tight and secure. This is my fix for it.

Enjoy the mod and let me know what you think. Don't forget to endorse it if you think its worth a download so others will give it a try. Post any issues you may have here and I will get it fixed.

New Mod uploaded that combines ALL the Rebuilt series. It will get updated each time one gets done so that anyone who uses all of them can do it with only one esp added to their load order.

    Enjoy.

    Hey Guys,

Robert is finally back into the modding world after having had some fairly serious medical issues come up.

He is going to review all of the bug reports on the assorted Rebuilt pages, and start addressing them.

    We will keep you posted!

It turns out that SateliteWorldMap.esp that comes with Satellite maps breaks several things not just my mods. So for now until he addresses it *(I am going to PM him) don't use the esp just the textures. What the esp does is change the World cell borders which moves X 0 and Y 0, since Bethesda used the world cell for some of the stuff involving these houses *(only random it seems) this made those parts go away to somewhere. Probably hanging over the institute. Anyhow you can still use the mod because the map is SUPER cool. Its only the esp that breaks things.

    ### Update: XunAmarox has released a better version of Satellite World Map here

I got this mod from the Bethesda Mods page. It works, but replaced the texture for a window file. This causes many windows across the map to be non-existant (can see into unenterable buildings and into the void).
Use this if you also have this issue. It works for more than Goodneighbour, despite the name.

House is totally worthless for me. Noclip through the entire thing. Either it is the mandatory scrap mod or SS2 :/

Same thing happened to me. I uninstalled it but now I fall through the floor in all my new games. Unplayable.

Thanks. Didn't want one of those non-lore-friendly mods that due a totally unimmersive redo. This is good.

Ok just down loaded this, was first going to try fixing the roof myself until I found this mod, as is is perfect but would it be possible to have an uncleaned version with just fixed building but all the original clutter still in it. Endorsed.

Is there anyway to remove the sink placed on the first floor?

You can disable it in the console easily enough - what's wrong with the sink?

Taffington and Croup were 2 settlements that I hated. I did very little with them. After downloading both of your mods, the for-mentioned settlements are some of my favourites. I can not emphasise enough the impact of these mods.. I have spent over 20hrs building, furnishing, decorating, defending etc and I still have more to do. Fantastic work folks, absolutely fantastic.

    Endorsed both mods.

Uploading a few screenshots to boot. .

Hi, I'm currently using Taffington as my player home base, with all my chests, power armor and hunting trophies there. Before I load the mod, is there something I should do? Like, moving everything to the workbench? Thanks in advance

I've been looking for a good tool for fixing roof tops of several of the settlements such as Taffington Boathouse and noticed that yours are excellent.  How did you fix them?  Was this something you had to hand build within the creation kit, or was there a mod with compatible sections, etc?

Great mod! Anyone else notice the build area shrunk a bit with this mod though? Along the road to the west, it now stops short of the previous build border.
I only noticed because I had placed a few items along the old border before loading this mod and they are now well outside the buildable area. Thanks!

We actually moved the workshop area, but didn't make it smaller - I wanted to include more of the trees at the eastern edge of the property and bring the guardrail into the build area so that it could be completely scrapped (instead of only scrapping pieces of it). I may revisit the workshop borders and use some tricks I've learned to accomplish both of those things and not make the build area feel smaller.
