I can scrap stuff from the base game, but the legendary effects added in the DLCs (such as Resolute or Steadfast) remain unscrappable. Is there a plan for a DLC legendary effects patch?
It turns out Better Mod Descriptions reapplies the Unscrappable Object tag, so disabling that mod, partly worked for me, however there are some legendaries with legendary effects that I cannot scrap.
Kind of, but really it's just a master file for this mod
It won't work with that mod you posted though, unfortunately, they both make it so you can scrap legendary items, but will give different components from them. There would need to be a patch for both to work, or for you to get both Effect Chips and Legendary Components from those scrapped legendary items.
I use a Storywealth collection and it uses ECO and LEO, can you please make a patch for it, doubt iam the only one who'd use them and i really like the idea of your mod.
on a different topic is it possible to make it use a perk point to craft a perk? i know other levelupmenu mods exist but i really don't want to use them atm.
I can check those out soon, and work on a patch. I think for the Legendary Overhaul, a patch would consist of converting the, whatever component you get from dismantling legendary items, into my Legendary Component. Because the way the creation kit determines what items you get from dismantling is a little unintuitive, at least for me.
I'm about to upload the LEO patch. I added 2 new recipes to the CHEM station UTILITY section.
Legendary Component costs x1 Legendary Microchip
Legendary Microchip costs x1 Legendary Component
This essentially allows you to convert either chip to the other. So as long as you have 1, you can exchange it for the other. I will add that this adds an ability to loop back and forth between crafting, allowing an infinite potential of XP gained. So if you want to abuse it for XP, you technically could, but were on PC, and the ability to cheat XP is always there regardless via console commands. So it doesn't really bother me.
About the ECO mod. I never tried it. But I did just download it and try it for the first time It didn't prevent me from crafting Legendary Perks, so I'm not really sure what the issue is with that. If you can specifically say what it is that that mod does that makes using my Legendary Perks mod more difficult, I'll be able to look into it a more.
yeah turns out a Storywealth uses ECO not LEO sorry about that, there is no Legendary microchip in it you just remove the legendary effect as a mod and can apply it elsewhere.

Very creative and clever way to make the legendary system tie back into progression.
Would you be willing to have both this mod and your legendary perks ported to Xbox?
You will receive full credit and wont have to do any work on your end.
Thank you for your labour and for considering my request.
All you need to do is change the console permission to green tick on this and your legendary perks mod.
This will insure that once ported it cant be taken down as permission is on the mod page. That is the main guide line for porting to bethesda.
I appreciate you allowing your creative work to be shared with the Xbox community.
