Now, every cautious movement while crouched will deplete your action points, turning the art of sneaking into a test of your wits and agility. Let the shadows guide you through the darkest corners of the wasteland.
The mod uses RobCo Patcher to add a hidden perk to the player that drains your action points when sneaking (6 AP/sec).
If you don't use RobCo Patcher, type in console player.addperk xx000F9A. The xx depends on your load order.
