Now it is not possible to work on mods, due to the lack of a PC. But if there is an opportunity, maybe I will make it higher and add it as a separate file. And thanks for the rating)
Hey, I don't use many settlement mods myself, but this mod really appealed to me.
I would add a little something to the idea with the double door: a possibility that the doors are opened by the settlers by a button they have to press
Thank you for rating my little mod) I’m unlikely to make another update. I'll just change the design of the walls a little. I will remove the floors, ceilings and some of the parts to support them. I'll just add anchor points for the balcony details. Because ceilings and floors along the walls are not needed everywhere.
Don't know. This should be asked of those who made these settlements and what they came up with there. I'm not interested in Sim Settlement 2 at all. Due to the fact that they heavily load the PC. Not everyone has top-end or gaming hardware.
These are the perfect walls for me, I always wanted something like this to actually close off my settlements. Just add some snappable doors/gates to it and this would be perfect. For now I'm making do with a couple heavily guarded openings, and that's been working out fine so far.
I will say maybe for the sake of balance these walls should be a bit more expensive, since they're basically impenetrable. If you're not playing on survival mode, you could just fully wall in your settlements, build a way to jump over the wall from the inside to get out, and then just fast travel to get in. Though I guess there's nothing stopping people from doing that with the vanilla walls either, so I suppose it's a moot point.
I’m still thinking about what to improve in terms of appearance and strengthening security. Concrete pillboxes, security posts, movable spotlights for walls. I have the “Walking Dead” mod, settlers and a couple of robots themselves fight off zombie attacks) Well, 4 heavy lasers on the security towers help them with this.
In the future they will cost a little more.Almost like concrete walls in the vanilla game.
No, there is no such thing. Only this texture, with rust. You can make other textures, but... Unless you add them in a separate folder for replacement.
You can simply unpack the archive into the “Date” folder and confirm the replacement of files. Only the textures themselves will be updated. Then I'll see how I can replace the textures through the mod manager.

Side note, is a double gate in the plans to be added.
