This mod contains an animation file "RifleMeleeForwardPowerAttack.hkx" which I have tweaked a bit for the player character.
Actually, I've seen this animation used by the player character in at least one video, so someone probably made such a mod already, but I couldn't find it here.
I can't create animations, I don't have the skills and tools to create animations, so don't expect too much.
