1: Added animation options. Now "Push Kick/Side Kick/Spartan Kick/Spinning Kick/Roundhouse Kick" are available, you can set different animations for Firearms and Melee. You can also hide your weapon during kick animation. 2: Added Debug option. If enabled, makes kick damage radius visible. 3: Regain VATS control faster after kick animations.

Added an experimental input option that works like a double tap for bash/power attacks. Disabled by default, so to enable it use the console command "set KickAttackStateCompGV to 1", to disable it use "set KickAttackStateCompGV to -1".
