    I waited for 8 years to be able to start HRT. I got to have it for a month and a half before loosing it. i spectral difference is damning. i know to a lot of people its not that big of a deal but it felt as if i died. I love this mod. Not to be dramatic but with the way things look, this will be as close to the real thing ill ever be able to touch again. Happy pride. Thank you for this mod.

    They don't work, I've taken hundreds of doses but it hasn't changed my character from male to female. I must have installed it wrong or am I missing something?

    can you make a patch for ghoulified so u become a ghoul after taking a certain amount
