PLANNED EDITS TO EXISTING PATCHES: Give additional stats (like being more accurate than automatic receivers or having less recoil while being slightly harder to craft) Rename script files and make T6M's Burst Fire Framework a hard requirement to prevent patches from overwriting each other.
Those use their own scripts cloned from T6M's framework and don't require the original, however I didn't set them up properly and so the scripts will overwrite each other if used together. I felt that copying the burst fire script and associated esp entries for every single patch would be needlessly difficult when they could just be mastered to the burst fire framework esm (if you're concerned this doesn't add any burst fire receivers to the game unless you use the optional vanilla patch)

Service Rifle Improvement Project - Wasteland Melody SR Update by Diacute (replaced the existing WM patch)
Advanced Battle Rifle Remake by Brainstormepilog (also added a 6 round HAMR receiver as a unique attachment for Screaming Eagle)
For anyone looking for burst-fire on energy weapons I recommend this mod by MarkReal.
What's the difference between the patches that use Burst-fire Framework and the ones they don't, like Pipe Carbine for example.
You don't need TR unless you want a TR patch for Spadey's Pipe Carbine to play nicely with my patch.
I tried doing it myself but couldn't figure it out.
I made the standard barrels 3-round burst and the scatter barrels 2-round burst.
