Restore the old nanotech Water-pump that pumps both food and water and happiness. It also adds a Magic Hat that shifts the wearer out of reality giving them 1000 armor. These were old mods that disappeared, but I use them in my casual play throughs. They are in my collection, so I had to restore them in a mod. I only use the hat when I don't want to replay a battle and don't want God-mode,
I don't know who came up with the original idea of the nanotech water pump but it makes settlement building possible in certain sites where normal water and gardening don't work. If you run Sim Settlements you usually don't need the nanotech pump.
