You might need to add the militarized minutemen list to or replace the Horizon NPC Level list or they will never show up. I am testing this because I am getting only Horizon uniformed MM. Edit: I was unable to figure it out.
I’ll check it out. If I recall this should just overwrite Hz’s list with Vanilla MM’s list. I haven’t checked in a while since I use both MM and WATM, and Minutemen will appear with a mix of both mods gear.
The only two that show up in MM gear are the dead guys in Concord. When I use the Horizon mode for changing equip and equipping settlers, they only get Horizon gear for MM.
