Changes:
Balanced armors to be more in line with Horizon's.
Added "Settler Only" armors with very powerful stats to compare to Horizon's companion armor
Removed stat bonuses from armors, but kept "enchantments" on special equipment. Example: Medic's Uniform gives small heal buff.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions and/or if I missed something you think should be changed.
