usage:
this mod is read entire .txt file in F4SE/Plugins/SAFR/. so first: you must create {some distinct name}.txt file in path.
next: open txt file what you create, write as { race/npc/reference's esp/esl/esm name } | { hexadecimal form id } : { adjustment file name without extension } [, { another adjustment file name without extension }...] format.
finally: start game. and see all adjustments are applyed.
