Broken T-45 on Concord Museum Rooftop is a pretty neato mod, but I realized that something was missing: it wasn't bad enough. Perennial Power Armor, in addition to spreading out power armor leveled lists, also fleshes out the scrapped idea of different PA torsos having different fusion core drain rates.
Put them together, and you have a mod that makes the rusted-out, glorified tin can on the roof as unusable as possible.
Using the RobCo Patcher, this mod adds the T-45 core drain magic effect to the Broken T-45 Torso, keeping parity with standard T-45 (I.E., it makes it drain its fusion core at double the speed.)
Should be compatible with the RobCo Patcher fork of PPA, but I haven't done any substantive testing with it.
