    I could not understand why Bethesda didn't give us at least one Player Home or settlement that was weather tight and secure. This is my fix for it.

    Enjoy the mod and let me know what you think. Don't forget to endorse it if you think its worth a download so others will give it a try. Post any issues you may have here and I will get it fixed.

    New Mod uploaded that combines ALL the Rebuilt series. It will get updated each time one gets done so that anyone who uses all of them can do it with only one esp added to their load order.

    For some reason the top floor wall that brings you on the little sort of garden isn't there, only the door is there lol but it's no big deal.

    Has anyone tried running this without the buildable frames mod? Since this cell reset bug was fixed a while ago (the author of buildable frames even mentions it in his mod description), it seems unneccessary to keep up that requirement.

    Of all the Croup mods, this looks by far the most interesting, I'd really love to try this, but ain't gonna put up with yet another mod i don't need just because it's a requirement from days long past.

      I just installed it with Vortex and buildable frames was not flagged as a master, so I think it's safe to assume that it's a recommendation and not necessary to run the mod itself

    Question: Is the basement editable so you can build in it or is it still its own separate cell you can't use?

    Thank you. I really appreciate these kinds of mods where the house isn't made clean and pristine and perfect, but just enough to repair it but keeping it looking post-apocalyptic.

    The ghouls the mod added for the "extra difficult attack" to take the manor, once dead never seem to despawn. Standard ghouls, like the glowing one on the last floor, despawned without issue (so did the gen1 synths i grenade spawned for the battle, all gone).

    Even worse, i will manually throw them out the back into the ocean and they return anyway. Just came back to my bed and locker after a mission and there was a ghoul corpse in my room....after i been throwing them out for ages now. Similarly, some of the frames on the walls respawned after i scraped them (only using "homemaker" for settlement mods, no "scrap everything", nothing), but that eventually went away and stopped.

    Playing on survival and having some trouble getting console to work (even with "survival console enabler" mods) i can't remove the corpses and might just have to move, as tripping on ghouls left and right gets frustrating.

    Hey, I'm having a problem where every time I scrap something at Croup Manor, I get a CTD. I have Scrap Everything, but it looks like other people use that with no issues. Is there something else it could be conflicting with? I've got it near the bottom of the load order, and I've tried it both before and after Scrap Everything. I've not got any other mods that affect Croup Manor. It's really weird.

    Ok, question here. I was so annoyed with this place that I tore it down completely with Scrap Everything (including things like "ghoul attack" or something like that, which is worth 1 cap). All I left was the stairs to the basement. Will this mod restore the removed content?
