Not sure if you are still updating this mod or not, but the way around the mirror issue is to create a second copy of the paint job that is exactly the same except for the right arm, which you reverse. Then, the game reverses it back. This can be seen in action on the Milkman Paint, where the right arm says "Got Milk?" and is labeled as "Milkman Paint (Right Arm)" If you put it on the left arm, it's mirrored backwards.
I wonder how the Helmet texture would look on the T-51 Helmet as it has the glass going across instead of separated like the T-60. But this is still one of the best paint jobs available for the game to this date.
just Awesome, sorry people are soo picky. you can only do so much, especially since we dont have the geck. i was waiting for someone to do this, something felt missing when i was going head to head with the creatures of the wasteland, and now it feels right lol.
this might look a bit more accurate on the X-01... would look even more accurate if you created the full mesh and texture for PA armor, and maybe as a standalone Liberty Prime you can build!!! (companion character?)

Also, I don't have the necessary modelling skills to actually make new meshes. If someone else does it, more power to them.
