Makes the Vault-Tec Rep into a Mascot. He IS Vault-Tec!

Requires: Eli's Armor Compendium (Only it's BA2 files need to be active, not the esp, so it won't affect your game.)
(Yeah, I know, I know, it's a big file, but I kept running into issues trying to repackage the assets for some reason and I might do more mods with EAC so I decided to just have it as a requirement. This is a shitpost mod that I wanna fire out as a dumb 3am idea and by the time I polish it to perfection I'll lose motivation so yeah)
Also affects post-war Vault-Tec Rep, the mascot head is on his bedroom table so you can take it for yourself.
