Both. I tried it with just the AttachPack patch and received issues that got fixed by getting the main one
Only issues that remain are these -no stock option will take away the grip(sometimes) -the Thompson Replacer stick mags don't quite line up like the AttachPack mags(both mod's stick mags are in the crafting menu if you're wondering) -glow sights float if using the marine receiver -and the experimental 10mm receiver looks like the old submachine gun
It's a decent patch to make these two good mods play nice, if it or someone else can later iron out these issues it'll become perfect I'd only recommend downloading if you can ignore those issues(which I can)
Do I need to merge your files with Anistar's original or can I just install the loose files via Vortex after Anistar's mod? Same question for the Attachment Pack (it's too late for me to learn MO2 now :( )
This was literally the number one concern I had in my next load order in regards to vanilla weapons. Absolutely amazing thank you! Can't do the vanilla SMG, but wanted to use the attachment pack with it lol so I'm excited this came out
Though I do have a question, how does this work with the recommended options? specifically the stick mags and smg improvement mods? cause those are for left anims and made for the vanilla mesh? won't they still conflict or does this somehow fix that?
To be honest, I have no idea. I didn't think it to be an issue, and to be perfectly honest, this mod isn't necessarily a guarantee that all attachments will work flawlessly. Moreso a tool to mitigate issues.
