    I have 111 active mods and have a feeling that one of those interferes with your mod. When I started a new game, the only one wearing a pip-boy was the one in the surface transfer room at the console.


    I may try to determine which mod is interfering but, then again, I may not. Too much effort for a mod that only adds a few pip-boys at the most.

      I've pulled the .esp version of the mod from the Archive. You should have an easier time having this version of the mod overwrite whatever mod is causing the pip-boys not to show up for you.

      should be. I just happen to make everything a .esp when I make mods

    Isn't everyone dead in vault 111 except the player?

      Sorry, should have specified pre-war npcs. Skeletons in the post-war Vault 111 are not changed.
