   Love what you did here, but if you're also using ECO (which I assume most are since ECO, NEO, and LAB are meant to work together), you have to choose between this or NEO's included "Dank_INNRoverride.esp" since one undoes the other.

      not sure, im on .163 version, give it a go and let me know. it just makes INNR changes so I'm thinking it should be fine.

      It works for PRE-NG. I'm using it with a Storywealth and the most up to date NEO version. (2.3.0 as of this post.)
