Yes that's what I thought, but the radio icon is not there anymore. I tried to install that stupid Master plane mod and lost a lot of menus and had to uninstall and reinstall fallout all together. I have started a new game but no radios and I have no idea whats going on. And cant find any consol commands to spawn one or mods to craft them except CVC but i will need a patch for that Update: I finally found the right id numbers to use the placeatme consol command
Separate radios, then. The two stations/mods I know of that use workshop-producable pretuned radios aside from the OWR mods are WRAR and Doctor Quench. (Technically, the separate station mods collected into OWR and OWR2 would also be this way but I think we can honestly expect any true radiophiles to go for the collection mods.)
Old World Radio (and OWR2) also have various buildable radios... I believe Homemaker or Homebuilder (one of them) also has a couple of wall-mountable radios.
And, I did manage to find a copy of Reneer's Radio Mod for version .163 and (with permission) reposted it as Reneer Radio tuner for 163.
OWR 1+2 patches are up. The others you mentioned didn't have any radios with custom activators, as far as I could tell in xEdit, so they might not need a patch. There's one activator in Ren's but it's not a workshop thing, so it shouldn't be necessary.
Edit. I am frustrated. I had a "my compuiter's throwing a wobbly" restart mid download so now I'm getting hogwash abouty the OWR patch not being a "valid Boolean". I need to go kick my NMM for a while.
Epilogue: That's better. Whenever this "invalid Boolean" hogwash comes along, you have to delete the corrupted mod from the Mods folder of your manager, INCLUDING the cache, so it actually looks at your effort to re-download.

I requested a patch for PipPOD, but managed to add the happiness to the add-on mod directly using x-edit looking at your patches ^_^
