Just wanted to note that the uniforms appear out of order of rank in the crafting station. The game automatically orders them alphabetically so it’ll take some getting used to where some of those ranks will be located in the list.
They’ve been separated by enlisted, officers and hats to make it a lot less jumbled together. I did as much due diligence making sure this was ready to go, but if you run in to any issues please let me know.
I’m not a super experienced modder so depending on the issue and the resolution required, it may take a second to fix it. I’m also not a 3D artist so there are some clipping issues that I really don’t know how to fix but tried to mitigate as much as I could.
Note: I will likely not be doing ribbon racks. If I do, it will be specific to each rank. For instance, I determined the service strips on the enlisted uniforms by the minimum amount of time in service in order to achieve that rank.
can you (just like the other dress bleu mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/63866 ) add the summer variations with ranks ? i would then realy love this (i al ready love it but then .........)
there is no summer variation in real life. We have the same set, no matter the season. I could say, however, officers have white dress pants as well as blue with the blood stripe, but those are reserved for special functions, not typically drill. I mean, for the game, I guess they could have cutoffs, but it was a nice touch of the modder to include the EGA on the buckle of the NCO/SNCO, and no EGA for non-NCO.
hey thanks for the mod firemarshal its great. i was wondering if it isnt troublesome enough, if you could somehow add the boat cloak. it would really bring the whole mod together. i think its the single coolest piece of armament ever made lol.
@FireMarshal89 I wonder if you could include the red shirt version that is worn only by either the president's own or commandant's own bands, I forget which. Whichever it was, the site as it was back in the day mentioned that it is "one of two" groups that wear it but didn't say what the other one is. >:(
@VearCon64... I assume you mean the ones that are on pages 256-261 of MCO 1020.34H? Maybe @FireMarshal89 can peek around the order to see if there are any others that would be easy to add.
Is there any way you'd be able to make this appear on the pre vault\war player since he's getting ready to give a speech to what i assume to be at a Veteran type of event?... Or was he Army?
As far as I know, the male avatar was in the army, so he is a war veteran. But the game doesn't mention whether he was in the Marine Corps. The same goes for the female avatar. But I understand if fans want it.
But if they were on the Vault-Tec Vault list, because of their service to the country, it sounds plausible enough, too
He is Army as stated by his unit designation when you go to the USS Constitution. A Marine unit would be something like 3rd Battalion 5th Marine Regiment.

Nate served in the 108th Infantry Regiment and if you take cut content into account he was specifically in Fox company. In real life the 108th Infantry Regiment is part of the National Guard. It was also established long prior to WW2 or any major divergent points. The regiment is also based in New York.

I hope everybody enjoys this mod!
Any interest in adding the evening dress?! or the boat cloak? (Or the Commandant's Cover)
Semper fi.
Hate to sound pushy/entitled but any plans for other service branches like the Army Pinks & Greens or USAF/USSF?
