vortex says missing masters for both ufo4p and awkcr versions . says I'm missing hipolyfaces.esp. it's not a requirement on the main mod or for any of your patches. CFM version is fine btw
Sounds to me like its either an issue with the hair mods abprf requires or wrong load order. Make sure the hair textures are properly installed. Also, cfm should be above abprf in your load order and the patch after abprf. Otherwise, cfm will revert the npc visuals to default fo4.
If you did both checks then its another mod. Check fo4edit if you want to see conflicts.

Several looter hairstyles lose their textures, another curious thing is that they become pink instead of classic purple.

If you don't have these patches, then the fixes in UFO4P/CFM/AWKCR for specific NPC are lost. The patches make sure that does not happen.
Example (see the screenshots): when a bit prettier raiders is loaded after UFO4P, then the UFO4P fixes for Smiling Kate are lost.
