Changes the Old North Church steeple into a small Railroad hideout complete with all the amenities a new agent might need.
Fast Travel Location for ease of use as a proper player home, a bed to sleep in, an armor and weapons workbench as well as a cooking station, and more...
All loot found in this location in the vanilla game remains lootable although their locations may have changed slightly.
3 New lootable containers were added as well (They may restock automatically this is a bug just assume Deacon keeps it stocked for you)
