Would you consider "fixing" other mods animations at some point? I've been using HcGxGrill's Fallout Instrument Pack which adds a lovely bit of immersion, but the animations are well...needing some attention.
Regardless, will continue to track and use your lovely animation replacers regardless.
HI, thanks for this mod. just wondering what the best approach is for the conflict with "Misc anim tweaks and fixes" it has 4 conflicts with the "Grip" animations. did you make any adjustments to the grip anims? should i allow those to win since they have improvements?
i didn't even know that mod came out, umm from the description it seems that that one does basically the same with as this one but comes with a few goodies, try installing this one first and then that one on top and see how it plays out! just keep in mind that every single weapon mod needs to regenerate the animdata for it to fix all modded weapons and it's going to be individual and that's a hassle. but for vanilla weapons should work fine.
You mean the going backwards and right but it goes forward left ?I'll take a look at it but I have a feeling it's an engine / behavior bug if it is the one I'm thinking of.
yup that's the one. It usually happens during firefights in third person for me. Even with the movement mod from your animation packs. Thanks for looking into it still!
I also just encountered a new movement bug wherein after getting rocked by wendigo screams my character moves at an incredibly slow motion speed when and only when my smith and wesson 1917 .38 revolver is drawn. Had to keep reloading previous saves because of this and the weird directional movement bug would occur and "up" would be "left" forever.
Probably the wendigo mod causing these particular problems but felt like I should mention it while I was here...
Thank you so much for all your work! the only weapons that are still buggy now are heavy weapons like flamer and minigun
Edit: Oh I see in the mod folder that minigun-type weapons should also be fixed, but strangely they are still bugged for me and my character still does that weird backwards run when running left or right :/
Rocket launchers seem to work fine now, thank you! Only weapons like the mnigun and the flamer are still buggy when running left or right, at least in the relaxed state.
