      Why on earth would you want to!  Try validating game files in Steam and go physically check in your directory to make sure all the files were deleted.  OFC the easiest way would be just get another piper remodel like My PCC https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6444 .

   What skin texture mod are you using in those screen shots, my CBBE version of her still looks a bit weird around the nose and eyes.

    This is still to this day the best Piper mod available.  You hit it out of the park.
