      This is actually normal, that the butt and the breast have physics. Or what do you mean by wobble?

      when you squat everything stays in place and when you run it jerks like it’s separate from the body

      Sorry, but I have no idea what the reason is.
      I've been modding Fallout 4 and Skyrim for years now, but I've never seen anything like this.
      But I would guess a physics problem on your side.
      Could it be that you are using the bodyslides with the wrong body?
