Hello unforbidable I was a darker nights user and was having highlighting issues and chose to use this as a substitute from night vision I chose " night person white moderate" but tallyho misread, I think -
Provides alternative colors and intensity for recon scopes, night vision scopes and Night Person perk (2nd rank) vision.
I have night person perk rank 2 but not seeing the white look moderate at night when I go to sneak mode from this mod, should I be using this with darker nights mod ? I had dn disabled so my nights now were back to vanilla , my mod manager is now mo2..
THIS! This is the dream! Darker Nights + Alternative Vision and a patch for WTTO (WesTekTacticalOptics, specifically the Night Vision) If anyone can make such a patch, or a guide on how to do it in FO4Edit, I'd be ever grateful :3 Though I'm not a wizard at FO4Edit. :)
I play the game on darkest and hardest. My requests are for all the intensity options to match your darker night options and a "full color" option for your color selections as, with night vision, it's more your eye being more accustomed to the darkness and, with scopes, the technology exists for a desaturated full-color look.
Or does that technology not exist in the fallout universe? Nevertheless, I think more consistency is always good and human eyes do not go gray/green/red/etc. scale to see in the dark.
On the installer it would be nice to have the color selection show the proper color for an example rather than all cyan, the intensity selector doesn't seem to modify the example either. If possible it would be awesome to show the varying levels of intensity for each of the colors but I know that would be a lot more work. Great mod though!
Well found out it was just one picture per night vision type, so read it as cyan for the first, yellow for the 2nd and white for the 3rd.
Thank you for the mod, Unforbidable! Completely changed the game for me, in a great way. Love the color and intensity options. Also goes great with your Darker Nights (now that I have to use night vision scopes more). Very surprised this hasn't caught more attention to be honest. The default colors and intensity were horrible imho.
Holy cow, the night person perk was horrible but this makes it much better, I like the the white/grey tint for that as well. Thank you. However, I would like to add my voice to others who would like a 'no change' option. I sneak around a lot and after a while using this mod I realize I miss color

Aside from those niggles, I love the mod.
