At 512 mods installed and active, I would adore to have the whole set instead of separate settlement files. My problem is (predictably) .ba2 limits. Plugins have yet to break into a# for the load order and that's with me not esl-flagging the looksmenu mods not designed that way. I swear, if anyone does a Fixer type deal to end the ba2 overload crash, that bastard's going right in, but I digress.
If an AIO is ever made, I request it have combined .ba2 of each type (Main, Textures) as that would cut my current creaking number down by about four...
When and if they ever upgrade the game to unreal engine 5, I would love to download this mod and many more. But it is shaky as it is. defiantly will not end in a full playthrough if used. I use a few of the Nuka world settlements and it can handle them. I have to say, your settlement mods are the best functioning so far. But the game engine never changed. I have so many hours on this game and never finished all the quests. It is a shame they didn't upgrade it for next gen. Even the next Fallout will be on the same shaky ass engine. It's called cheap. All the others are moving forward. It's hard to understand what a sickness over money does to people. But this game and the next Fallout are examples.... oh, also Starfield with 1 million load screens. I looked forward to and played Starfield a few times, then got sick of it. Rinse and repeat, what a wasted opportunity. Anyhow keep up the exceptionally good work. It is appreciated.
Thank you for making this. I used some of these before but had to free up some of my load order because of the cap limit. Will you do a merge for your DLC settlements?
This won’t free up load order, it’s only my mods collected into a FOMOD that I gave permission to with no changes to the contents. That said all my mods are ESL flagged, was it the ba2 limit you hit instead?
I do intend on eventually doing an actual AIO merge with one ba2 and one esp, but I don’t have that planned for the near term.
this would be a great too. I was hoping this mod was an AIO (unfortunatly it is not), because i also ned to free up some load order space, but i don't want to deinstall any of your mods.
Absolutely love this mod (each and every one of the settlements) but by the time i had 20-30 built settlements my PC/game was not having it. so i thought i'll just play without it. that's not working for me. SO... can i have this installed for the few that i 'HAVE' to use without the performance hit. Being installed 'should' not impede performance so long as they are not built on. this is my assumption.. can i get some real brain work on this to be sure please.
Just went by Fiddlers Green and killed al the Zombies (says cleared on the map) but nothing happened and I cannot find anyway to take it over as a settlement. Got to looking at the Plugins but don't see anything for Fiddlers green. I have a bunch of OCs*.esp files (eg. OCsUniversityPoint.esp) which I assume are from this but do not see a OCsFiddlersGreen.esp or anything like it. Not sure if that is an issue or if I am just doing something wrong.
I just double-checked the file contents (which is a nice feature on Nexus) and yes, Fiddler's Green is there. Not long ago, I happened across Fiddler's Green myself and I couldn't use the workshop because I had to speak with a particular NPC first for a quest. I don't remember the NPC's name, but it might be a quest from a mod in my own load order.
But if you're not seeing plugins, try running the installer again. Let me know if you still have this issue after that.
