Can you make a mod that saves the game when you smoke a cigarette? I miss that damn mod and I want it back buts it's been abandoned and also breaks your game D':
i find this kind of mod funny, but i get the idea behind it.
in the past or real history, this kind of thing was more normalized than it is today, actually a lot of things we do today weren't normalized back then, the fallout universe doesn't really explain the changes within their own lore, but it's obviously a diffrent reality lore wise than our own, modern day fallout is very "politically correct", in comparison to the true history behind some of the normalized concepts.
The Children's Act of 1908 prohibited the sale of tobacco to children. Prior to that in the 1880's, juvenile smoking was being debated and discussed since smoking was seen as an adult activity. It doesn't mean they didn't do it, but it's not that recent.
oh yeah, nobody followed the laws for this lol, like i remember when i was a teenager and kids or teens were sneaking a cigarette from people all the time lol, so nobody took these laws seriously.
Does this plugin only affect the original child race? Will it work with mods that add third-party races?
p.s. Of course, I could name specific plugins that add new races of children, but given that they were prohibited from publication on the nexus, I will not do this.
Interesting approach. But still I would like to check your words. At the moment I can only say that your plugin should definitely be lower than Raider Children.esp, since it will override the flag changes you made.
